Ritualistic Ceremonies
This is a program for high school senior boys. Through workshops and educational sessions, the participants learn about love, respect, responsibility, guidance, spirituality, education, sexuality, health & hygiene, and finance. In the end, the young men are presented to the community in a formal ceremony.

Read America promotes literacy by participating in Delta's National Family Reading Program, provide reading activities for children in selected settings (schools, libraries, malls, etc.).
Delta GEMS is a yearlong program for adolescent girls ages 14-18, which instills the need to excel academically, provides tools to enable the girls to sharpen, and enhances their skills to achieve high levels of academic success. This program also assists the girls in proper goal setting and planning for their futures and creates compassionate, caring, and community-minded young women by actively involving them in service-learning programs
